Return and Cancellation Policy

At Sirzua Stuffs, we sell only brand new merchandise and stands behind every product we sell.  As our valued customer, we will do our best to make sure the product you receive arrives to you on time and as expected. If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase you made, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order to process a return. We would accept it as long as it is within the return timeframe.

To be eligible to return for a refund, your item must meet all of the below criteria:

  • Must contact us with order information and a brief description of your return to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and box that it was shipped in .
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Must provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival. We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used and received. Refund will be given as Refund Money or Money Back.

We accept returns of any item. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition within 14 days after arrival or 15 days from purchase date. Customer must contact us to request for a return authorization number. All returns require a Return Authorization Number to be issued prior to being returned. Any returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in same shipping box or envelope received including packing materials, manuals, and all accessories. Customer bears the cost to return the item or product. Return request is usually processed within 3 business days upon receipt of item. Opened, used, tested products, or damaged factory sealed manufacturer boxes cannot be returned or accepted. Any returned item must be in an unused condition and in exact shipping box/envelope received. Tracking number must be provided for any return package.
If upon receipt and we discover that you have returned damaged or used product and/or with marks, signs of usage, then no refund shall be issued to buyer.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. A 30% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost where applicable is charged for any return or cancellation originating on the part of the buyer such as accidental order, change of mind, error in order, no longer needed or wanted, not reading or understanding product listing or description, ordering the wrong item or product, wrong assumptions, unauthorized purchase etc. So buyers should be aware of this.

It should be noted that PayPal fees may apply also. This is because PayPal no longer return processing fees when you refund a customer. PayPal changed their return and refund policy, so they no longer refund their fees for returned and cancelled orders. Caveat emptor!
